Rules
- 30 starting life.
- 75 card deck, including the Commander.
- Decklist may contain only 1 copy of any card except basic lands.
- A deck's Commander may be any legendary creature, or Planeswalker.
- Commanders will begin each game in the command zone and will cost more to cast for each time they have been cast from the command zone.
- Any time a commander would change zones its owner may put it in their command zone instead
- A deck may not contain spells that cannot be cast, or their abilities activated by colors and types of mana that could not cast or activate abilities of that deck's commander. (For example, if your commander's casting cost is , you cannot include a card who's casting cost is , but has an activated ability cost of . You can, however, include a card whose casting cost is , since it is capable of being cast using . You may also include a card whose casiting cost is with an activated ability of since both are capable of being cast using .)
- A deck may not contain mana producing spells or permanents that have mana symbols not present on the deck's commander.
- No sideboard.
- If a team takes 16* total combat damage from any commanders, their team loses the game. (For example, if Player A has taken 8 combat damage from Player B's commander and 4 combat damage from Player C's commander, Player A has taken 12 commander damage.)
- If teams consist of two or more players, the starting life total is 40.
- Any companion card can be the companion of a deck that meets its companion requirements.
