Watchlist

The watchlist is meant to serve as an area where cards are under extra scrutiny. Cards on the watchlist may be banned during any Ban and Restriction announcement. Cards will not be banned without being on the watchlist for a minimum of three calendar months. Cards will only be placed on the watchlist during a Ban and Restriction announcement. Cards may be removed from the watchlist at any time.
